FABS was founded in 2004 to promote and support barbershop in Finland. The aim is to increase interest in 4-part a cappella singing among juniors as well as seniors who have singing as their hobby.

To carry out this mission, FABS will arrange coaching by qualified international and domestic instructors, as well as host visits by the world’s leading barbershop quartets and choirs. Opportunities for Finnish barbershop-singers to meet and perform alongside these world-class stars will also be arranged.
